The professor Dr Anamaria de Moraes is a nationwide recognized name in the Ergonomics scenery, with significant international performance. She works assiduously to give a scientific character to the Design and Ergonomics in Brazil, transmitting active participation in the organization of scientific congresses in these areas, as well as in the creation and support of the Post-graduation Programs in Design in the country. She possesses precious scientific production, having more than 200 complete works published in scientific events and in national and international journals. She published and organized 13 books of which we can detach Design e avaliação de interface: ergodesign e interação humano-computador, Ergodesign: Produtos e Processos and Ergonomics and usability: users’ safety and comfort, instructions and warnings, among others; besides the 17 book chapters that she participated. In relation to the formation of new masters and doctors, she oriented 27 masters and 03 doctors.
